From the top of the photo we have Green and Dry Wild Coffee Bean pods, then Kalahari Truffles, to the right of the Truffles we have Bushman bread (the white ones), some Jewel Beetles, Marambas (the round brown ones) and in the Tortoise shell we have Wild Coffee Beans that are ready to be roasted.
The Truffles are roasted in the ash and warm sand of the fire and then cooled down and peeled and Bon Appétit.
The Truffles are the real deal, the ones you pay thousands of Euros for in Europe
